Afrikobo Refund & Return Policy
At Afrikobo, we strive to provide you with quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and a refund.
Return Policy Guidelines
- You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if the item is wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
- For electronic devices, ensure that all passwords are removed before returning.
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted for eligible items, but some products (e.g., swimwear, underwear, cosmetics, food supplements) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items that do not meet our return guidelines will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Note: This can only be possible once the order has been delivered to the buyer.
- Log in to your Afrikobo account and go to the "Orders" section.
- View your orders and select the item you wish to return and click on "Return Order."
- The return policy link is made available.
- The buyer reads and agrees to it.
- The buyer chooses the reason for return, providing additional details (like a photo) if necessary.
- The buyer selects their preferred return method:
- Courier Pickup ( Where available)
- Drop-off at a designated return location. (At this point it'll be the location of the vendor's store)
- The buyer reviews and submits their return request.
- The admin gets the request and confirms if the buyer or vendor should bear the return cost:
- If it's the buyer, they pay the courier for the return cost and cover their commute to the vendor's store.

Refund Methods & Processing Times
- Afrikobo Wallet: Instant credit to your Afrikobo Wallet, which you can use for future purchases or transfer to your bank account.
- Bank Transfer: 3-10 business days (depends on bank processing time).
- Voucher Payment: A new voucher will be issued and sent via email within 24 hours.
