  • Afrikobo Rights: All rights in and to the platform and its content, excluding Vendor content, are owned by or licensed to Afrikobo.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Data Usage: Vendors must comply with all applicable data protection laws regarding the collection and use of users’ personal information.
  • Data Safety: Afrikobo implements robust security measures to protect personal data processed through the platform.

7. Termination and Suspension

  • Grounds for Termination: Afrikobo may terminate or suspend a vendor’s account for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or causing harm to other users.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Vendor must cease all use of the platform and any outstanding transactions will be settled according to the terms agreed.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Afrikobo operates.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, except as otherwise stated in these terms.

9. Amendments to Terms

Changes: Afrikobo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
